Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Systems Administrator to support our internal IT operations and employees. This role is critical to maintaining the health, security, and efficiency of our hybrid infrastructure and employee lifecycle processes. You’ll administer our application and Office 365 infrastructure, and will work closely with our DevOps and Security teams to ensure seamless onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and first-line security triage.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Execute onboarding and offboarding workflows, including provisioning/deprovisioning of hardware, software, and licenses.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee access and entitlements across systems.
  • Provide internal support for Azure Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365, and Freshservice.
  • Monitor and maintain system health, performance, and compliance.
  • Assist in managing hybrid development environments and co-managed infrastructure.
  • Identity and Access Management.
  • Enterprise application lifecycle management, including SSO integration, certificate/secret management, etc.
  • Track and manage hardware and software inventory and ensure timely updates and lifecycle transitions for IT assets.
  • Help manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
  • Oversee procurement and renewal of software licenses and subscriptions.
  • Maintain documentation and compliance for vendor agreements.
  • Collaborate with the security team to implement and enforce Level 1 security policies.
  • Participate in prevention, detection, and triage of security incidents.
  • Support compliance efforts and contribute to SOC 2 readiness activities.

WHAT YOU’VE DONE:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
  • Experience administering infrastructure with Microsoft Azure Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365.
  • Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments.
  • Experience with ticketing platforms (we use Freshservice)
  • Exposure to security operations and policy enforcement.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
