Overview
As an IT Systems Administrator, you will provide end-user and systems support, serve as a technical trainer for new and existing solutions at our Nijkerk location, and support employees both on-site and at other European SRAM sites.

Responsibilities

  • Operation, monitoring, maintenance, and support of the IT infrastructure (Windows and Mac workstations, Active Directory, VoIP, etc.)
  • Planning and procurement of hardware and software
  • Setting up workstations: installation of computer hardware, operating systems and software, telephones, smartphones, etc
  • User support for hardware and software issues via Helpdesk
  • Participation in international IT projects
  • Up to 10% travel to our other locations, including international travel

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist or similar
  • Experience with Microsoft (Active Directory/Windows/Office) and willingness to learn new IT systems
  • Knowledge in the areas of Network/VoIP/ is an advantage
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Very good language skills in Dutch and English
  • Proactive, structured and organized approach to daily tasks
  • Motivation to support other employees
  • Ability to travel occasionally
