KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

• 3+ years of experience in systems analysis, IT support, or education technology.
• Familiarity with LMS (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas) and SIS (e.g., PowerSchool, Infinite Campus).
• Proficiency in SQL, database management, and cloud-based systems.
• Knowledge of K-12, higher education, or e-learning environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred but not required; significant experience accepted instead of a degree.
• Certification in ITIL is preferred but not required.
