KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900) are considered an asset.
  • Experience in IT helpdesk, technical support, or a similar role is considered an asset.
  • Demonstrates technological proficiency necessary for handling the technical databases and programs essential for job responsibilities.
  • Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with internal teams, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
  • Contributes to a positive work environment through adherence to established policies and embodiment of organizational culture.
  • Strong working knowledge of Office 365
  • PHP and MySQL knowledge
  • Experience working with Jira

ABILITIES

  • Ability to problem solve and handle challenging situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to convey information relating to IT systems in a clear and understandable manner.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
