We’re expanding and looking for a versatile engineer who thrives on solving technical problems and implementing projects that make a real impact.
We’re looking for a n IT Systems Administrator who can balance day-to-day escalated support with hands-on project and onboarding work. You’ll work directly with clients and our internal team to troubleshoot issues, implement new technologies, and ensure smooth transitions when onboarding new clients.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety—support tickets one day, building out a new cloud migration the next.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in an MSP or IT services environment.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft 365, Azure.
  • Solid understanding of networking (firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, switches, wireless).
  • Experience with cloud migrations and server implementations.
  • Familiarity with PSA/RMM tools (ConnectWise, Autotask, N-able, Datto, etc.).
  • Strong troubleshooting and escalation skills for desktops, servers, and networks.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities (tickets + projects).
  • Relevant certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA Network+/Security+, Cisco, etc.) are an asset.

Responsibilities
  • Act as an escalation point for Level 1/2 service desk tickets (Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, cloud, server support).
  • Lead or assist in client onboarding projects, including audits, documentation, standardization, and migrations.
  • Deploy and configure servers, networks, and cloud services (Azure, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Support and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, VPNs, and wireless networks.
  • Implement IT projects: upgrades, migrations, new infrastructure deployments.
  • Document processes, configurations, and client environments in PSA/RMM tools.
  • Collaborate with the project manager/leadership to scope, plan, and deliver technical work.
  • Provide clear, professional communication with clients and colleagues.
