Responsibilities
  • Support an expansion of internal networks and systems
  • Provide user support for hardware, software and network related issues
  • Manage IT hardware including but not limited to servers, switches, firewalls, routers, and Wi-Fi access points
  • Support printers, wireless handheld terminals and mobile devices
  • Ensure network connectivity and manage backups
  • Maintain IT documentation and drawings
  • Coordinate IT contractors
  • Keep track of IT assets
  • Support other systems and applications as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned.
