JOB DESCRIPTION

The analyst will be responsible for design, optimization and maintenance support of Patient Experience digital web and mobile technologies including, but not limited to, Epic MyChart, Bedside, Care Companion, Welcome, Telehealth, Hello World, etc., as well as other associated software or platforms necessary to support patient-facing resources.
Responsible for designing, implementing and supporting designated software applications in accordance with departmental standards and procedures. Works with users to define system functionality, information flow, reports and data requirements. Develops specifications and documents operational procedures, tests software, and coordinates software release procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Associate’s degree in information systems or relevant field required*; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Years of Experience: 2+ years equivalent analyst experience required
* 2 years equivalent experience can substitute for an Associate’s degree plus must have 2 years analyst or other relevant experience (4 years total).
License and Certification: Previous Epic Accreditation/Certification Required; Epic MyChart Preferred.
Person accepting this position, if not already certified in Epic MyChart, will be required to obtain and maintain one or more Epic module certification(s) as required by the position.

OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED:
