As an IT systems analyst lead or consultant on the Enterprise Data Strategy team, you’ll support data delivery initiatives tied to mergers and acquisitions. In this role, you’ll partner directly with business units to gather data requirements, define acceptance, and collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery. Additionally, you’ll interpret and translate data into actionable insights for business stakeholders and help connect technical plans to business needs. This is a highly visible opportunity within a newly established organization making a broad impact across the enterprise.
This is a remote position.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an Information Technology, or related discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Math, Information Systems) and a minimum six years of related work experience designing, developing, programming and/or supporting IT Systems and applications
• In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum eight years of related work experience designing, developing, programming and/or supporting IT Systems and applications may be accepted

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Proficiency in SQL and experience interpreting, analyzing, and translating complex data to support business needs
• Experience creating data flow diagrams to illustrate how data moves through systems
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences
• Experience with data migration or system integration projects involving large-scale data movement and transformation
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams to define and execute data-related solutions
