JOB SUMMARY

The IT Systems Analyst – Process Automation will support the identification, design, and delivery of RPA and low-code solutions that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. This role collaborates closely with business users and technical teams to analyze workflows, gather requirements, and translate them into functional automation solutions. The analyst will contribute to solution testing, deployment, and ongoing support, with a focus on usability, scalability, and adherence to governance standards. Ideal candidates will have experience with automation platforms such as UiPath or Microsoft Power Platform, a strong understanding of process improvement methodologies, and software development.
The IT Systems Analyst is responsible for designing, testing, implementing, and troubleshooting IT applications and for ensuring the availability, stability, and reliability of those applications. They monitor system performance, identify, and resolve technical issues, and ensure efficient operation of all clinical systems. The analyst also provides technical support to end-users and collaborates with other IT teams to resolve complex technical problems related to clinical systems.

EDUCATION

Preferred: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, a related field, or equivalent experience.

EXPERIENCE

Required: 2 years of experience in healthcare clinical workflows and/or IT support, including experience with nursing, provider, or ancillary department technologies OR Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, a related field.

SKILLS

  • Basic understanding of healthcare operations and clinical workflows
  • Basic knowledge of inter-related solutions and IT systems knowledge with the aligned application domain. Develops and maintains knowledge of related IT systems as well as supporting business and IT domains.
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the healthcare environment.
