Job Description To support our continued growth and operational excellence, we are seeking a dedicated and talented IT systems and network administrator to join our team, reporting directly to the Head of IT Administration & Security. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure and software stack, ensuring the uninterrupted operation of mission-critical systems and data security. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, providing technical support to our staff and contributing to the ongoing development of our IT strategy. Main Tasks & Responsibilities: Manage, install and maintain the company's IT equipment and infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems. Monitor network performance, security, and resolve potential issues promptly. Administer and support user accounts, permissions, and access controls. Implement and maintain IT security policies and protocols. Install, configure, and update software and hardware components. Maintain and troubleshoot the various licenses tenant systems (e.g. Microsoft), backups, and disaster recovery plans. Collaborate with all departments to identify and address IT needs and enhancements, rolling out the change. Manage the external providers of IT hardware, software and services (incl. cloud vendors). Qualify applications to meet company's cybersecurity and data protection requirements. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies, particularly in security and aviation-specific IT requirements. Qualifications Degree or relevant experience in computer science, information technology or a related field. Proven experience as a network & system administrator for at least 3 years in non-corporate environment (SME or startup). Fluent communication in English & German. Familiar with software typically used in engineering. Experience with PLM and ERP systems is of advantage. Familiarity with HPC is desired. System, network or security certification are a plus (please include the certificates in your application). Good communication skills and ability to work in an international environment.
