WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You’ll be our ideal teammate if you bring:
· Technical Know-How
· Proven experience in 1st and 2nd Line support
· Solid experience in IT support, ideally in a fast-paced environment
· Strong grasp of Microsoft 365, MS Azure, MS Intune and Windows operating systems
· Knowledge of device management, anti-virus tools, and endpoint support
· Experience using tools like MS SharePoint, SAP, T-SQL, Linux, Apache, PHP and more

Responsibilities

You’ll be the friendly face behind our IT and Telecoms systems, ensuring users across the organisation have the support they need—quickly, professionally.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
· Delivering first and second-line support for hardware, software, and new applications
· Maintaining bespoke in-house systems\software (SQL and SSIS).
· Assisting in managing and maintaining IT contracts and renewals.
· Key player in local and parent company projects
· Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues to keep our systems running
· Managing user accounts, system access, and endpoint devices
· Monitoring central applications and server infrastructure
· Applying security best practices to protect networks and data
· Procuring, installing, and maintaining tech equipment
· Collaborating with teams across partner organisations on shared tech initiatives
· Creating user-friendly guides and delivering hands-on training sessions
