OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Engineer Client Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in systems design and implementation, with a focus on optimising IT infrastructure to support our customer’s business operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can understand customer needs and adapt systems accordingly, ensuring seamless integration and performance across various platforms to deliver “Technology Success”.

Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain IT systems to meet customer needs.
  • Analyse client systems, make recommendations to ensure compliance with company standards and best practice.
  • Assist Helpdesk Team to troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to minimise downtime.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture, processes, and procedures.
  • Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement.
