KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide Level 2/3 IT support , troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Deliver remote and on-site technical assistance , ensuring timely and efficient problem resolution.
  • Perform system maintenance, updates, and backups to enhance security and reliability.
  • Install, configure, and test new IT infrastructure components to optimize system performance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT support activities, incidents, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements .
