UNACEM North America is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive IT Systems Engineer to plan, implement, and maintain the organization?s IT strategy in alignment with current and future business needs. This role is responsible for overseeing IT systems, infrastructure, and security while ensuring reliable performance and effective support for employees.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer.
• 2?4 years of experience in IT support, followed by 2?4 years as an IT Systems Administrator.
• Cement, construction, or manufacturing industry experience is a plus but not required.
• Associate?s degree in Information Technology with 4 years of relevant work experience, or
• Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology with 2 years of relevant work experience, or
• IT certifications with 6 years of relevant work experience.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
