• Install, configure, and maintain workstation hardware, software, and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.).
• Provide comprehensive desktop and technical support, including troubleshooting hardware/software issues and assisting with IT systems and applications.
• Manage Help Desk tickets, ensuring timely follow-up, resolution, and user satisfaction.
• Perform regular software updates, patches, and license monitoring; maintain patch management for Windows and macOS.
• Monitor and respond to end-user security incidents, ensuring systems remain secure and compliant.
• Maintain IT equipment in offices and conference rooms, creating and updating technical documentation as needed.
• Deliver training and gather feedback from users to improve performance and overall IT experience.
