Key responsibilities

• Microsoft 365 product stack support
• Windows desktop support
• Server and network implementation and support
• VoIP phone services support
• Remote and on-site end-user support
• Technical support documentation
• Customer service delivery

About you

• MSP experience
• Microsoft 365 product stack expertise
• Windows desktop support experience
• Server and network implementation and support experience
• VoIP phone services experience (advantageous)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good timekeeping and technical support documentation skills
• A goood knowledge of the Bay of Plenty market (highly advantageous)
• NZ residency or valid NZ work visa
