• ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS and DHCP services.
• Support virtualization platforms and virtual machine environments.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot server and workstation hardware.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers and firewalls.
• Perform system upgrades, patch management and preventive maintenance.
• Support backup, disaster recovery and business continuity processes.
• Investigate and resolve infrastructure, network and security-related incidents.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver IT projects.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow IT best practices.
• Travel internationally when required to support business operations and infrastructure projects.

• Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Engineering or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of:
• Windows Server
• Active Directory
• Windows 11
• TCP/IP Networking
• DNS & DHCP
• Virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware or similar)
• Experience supporting physical servers and desktop hardware
• Understanding of firewall administration, endpoint security and backup solutions
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating within a team
• Must be able to travel internationally at short notice when business needs require
