Description Rasmussen Group is looking for an IT Systems Intern to join our Technology team. This role offers a great opportunity to build real-world skills in system support, troubleshooting, and IT operations, while working alongside experienced professionals who will help you grow your technical foundation. What You’ll Do: Providing first-level technical support for computers, software, network equipment, printers, and mobile devices Troubleshooting hardware and software issues for employees across the company Helping set up new users, including workstation setup, account creation, and access configurations Supporting system updates, backups, and patch management Assisting with IT projects like migrations, deployments or upgrades Promoting IT best practices and security awareness among users. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts is a plus Solid understanding of Windows operating systems Strong analytical and problem solving skills A team player with curiosity and eagerness to learn Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license Must past post-offer drug test, background check, and MVR review Willingness to occasionally travel to job sites or remote offices Equal Employment Opportunity: The Rasmussen Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
