The IT Systems Manager is tasked with overseeing and directing the organization’s IT systems and operations to guarantee reliability, security, and service continuity. This position involves managing the planning, implementation, and continuous support of enterprise systems and infrastructure while ensuring that IT operations are in alignment with business goals. The IT Systems Manager collaborates closely with stakeholders, oversees vendors, and leads IT teams to provide stable, efficient, and secure systems. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in IT with strong exposure to systems, infrastructure, and IT operations. Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role overseeing IT systems or operations teams. Strong knowledge of IT systems operations, service delivery, and infrastructure management. Experience in vendor management, contract administration, and SLA monitoring. Solid understanding of incident, problem, and change management practices. Experience in business continuity planning, disaster recovery, and risk management. Ability to manage multiple priorities, make sound decisions, and resolve operational issues effectively. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in enterprise or large-scale environments is preferred.
