The opportunity:

This is a hands-on IT leadership role with a clear job to do: bring structure, rhythm and momentum to IT operations across a remote-first organisation.

You’ll lead a small distributed team, own the support queue, improve how work is prioritised, and help deliver a defined roadmap shaped by ISO 27001 requirements. The destination is clear, but the way the work gets sequenced, improved and embedded will be yours to shape.

This is not a hands-off strategy role. It will suit someone who likes leading people, staying close to the tools, and turning a busy environment into something more organised, reliable and scalable.

The role:

• You’ll be responsible for leading IT systems and support, including:
• Leading and coaching a small distributed IT team 
• Managing the ticket queue, triage, SLAs and bottlenecks 
• Improving onboarding, offboarding and access provisioning 
• Supporting ISO 27001 audit readiness and related IT controls 
• Driving device lifecycle, asset reconciliation and hardware processes 
• Leading the migration from Zluri to Torii for SaaS management 
• Supporting improvements across Intune, Jamf, SaaS integrations and automation 

Your fit

You’ll bring:

• Working experience with ISO 27001 or similar security frameworks 
• Experience leading IT support, systems or operations teams 
• Strong hands-on capability across ticket queues, SLAs and IT service delivery 
• Confidence supporting remote or distributed teams 
• Exposure to SaaS management, device management or access provisioning 
• A calm, organised approach to prioritising busy operational work 
• The ability to turn a roadmap into a practical delivery plan 

You don’t need to be removed from the tools. This role will suit someone who can lead, coach, prioritise and get involved when needed.
