Job Title: IT Systems Manager (On-Site Position), Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM)
As an essential addition to our community bank’s technology team, the IT Systems Manager will be responsible for managing and securing our IT infrastructure while supporting daily operations and long-term projects. This hands-on role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys both strategic planning and technical execution in a collaborative, service-oriented environment.
You’ll work closely with leadership and staff across departments to ensure our systems are secure, efficient, and aligned with our mission to serve our customers and community with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Systems Management: Perform updates and maintenance on switches, routers, firewalls, servers, and the phone system.
  • Vulnerability Management: Monitor and patch system vulnerabilities to ensure security and compliance.
  • Infrastructure Oversight: Manage the bank’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, networks, and system performance.
  • Cybersecurity Leadership: Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive data.
  • FIS Product Training: Receive training in FIS products to support internal systems and user needs.
  • Project Execution: Support and lead IT projects as assigned by the department.
  • Disaster Recovery & Compliance: Maintain business continuity plans and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Vendor & Budget Management: Oversee vendor relationships and manage IT resources effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align IT initiatives with operational goals.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Operates in a professional office setting using standard office equipment (computers, phones, scanners, etc.).
  • Physical requirements include regular talking, hearing, standing, walking, reaching, and occasional lifting or bending for filing and supply maintenance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
  • Experience with firewalls, routers, switches, and phone systems.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in IT systems and security roles.
  • Familiarity with FIS banking products is a plus (training will be provided).
