We’re looking for an IT Systems & Network Administrator who’s not just here to keep the lights on, but to help us work smarter, faster and more securely. You’ll manage the backbone of our infrastructure: Active Directory, backups, network security and Microsoft 365. You’ll also help shape how we evolve by researching emerging technologies, introducing AI tools that boost productivity, and ensuring our systems support both the creative process and business performance.
You’ll work across a modern tech stack that includes Microsoft 365, Slack, Monday.com, proprietary internal platforms and custom-built websites. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a challenge, understands the business impact of good infrastructure and takes pride in making things better for everyone.

REQUIREMENTS

Key responsibilities
Manage and maintain Active Directory, Windows Server infrastructure and Group Policy
Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure AD, including Teams, Exchange and SharePoint
Oversee network infrastructure including VPNs, firewalls, switches and access controls
Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery systems
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and apply updates or patches
Ensure IT security policies are up to date and enforced
Research and implement new technologies, including AI tools that improve business efficiency
Provide support across the organisation for Windows, Mac and core platforms
Maintain technical documentation and system inventories
What we’re looking for
5+ years’ experience in IT systems and network administration
Strong skills in Microsoft 365, Windows Server and Azure AD
Solid understanding of networking and security fundamentals
Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft 365, Azure Administrator, CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+)
Hands-on experience with firewalls, VPNs, backups and endpoint management
Strong troubleshooting skills and clear communication
A proactive mindset with an interest in improving systems and workflows
Comfort supporting both Windows and Mac environment
