Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Systems Operator to join our IT Operations Department. This is a mid-level position ideal for professionals with experience in mainframe or AS/400 environments who are comfortable working in 24/7 rotation shifts and eager to support mission-critical systems in a banking context. Key Responsibilities Execute End-of-Day (EOD) and batch jobs as scheduled, ensuring accurate and timely completion. Monitor the bank’s systems and proactively identify, log, and escalate IT incidents following established procedures. Perform EODs in UAT/INT environments, ensuring test systems remain up-to-date and accessible to users. Provide first-level technical support to users and assist with operational inquiries and issues. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent field. 1–2 years of work experience in environments using IBM Z series (MVS) or I-Series (AS/400) systems. Excellent computer literacy and troubleshooting skills. Very good command of English, both written and spoken. Willingness and availability to work on 24/7 rotation shifts.
