We are seeking an organised and proactive person to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in providing exceptional day-to-day IT support services and also work on IT and Systems projects that shape our future. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for the 4WD and automotive industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver day to day IT support, ticket resolution and user follow-up
• Perform authorised systems, access, asset and administration tasks
• Analyse needs and maintain processes, requirements and documentation
• Coordinate projects, actions, risks, testing and status reporting.
• Maintain controls and records; monitor and escalate risks or exceptions
• Coordinate vendors, procurement, invoices and service follow-up
• Support change, training, adoption, reporting and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• IT Qualification
• Previous experience with Teams and Quickbase
• At least 2 years experience in a similar role
• Intermediate experience with MS applications
