Constanter is one of Europe’s largest independent philanthropic organizations, established to promote respect for human dignity, sustainability and social justice. Founded and fully supported by the Brenninkmeijer family-business owners, it serves as an umbrella organization for the Porticus and Laudes foundations, among others.
Constanter Philanthropy Services (CPS) professionally supports and enables all of the philanthropic organisations founded by the Brenninkmeijer family entrepreneurs to maximise their impact in service of the common good. CPS does this through providing high-quality, fit-for-purpose operational support in the areas of HR, IT, Finance, Risk, Legal, Tax, Insurances, Facilities, Travel, Procurement, Security, Project Management, and Reporting. CPS dedicates most of its work to the support of Porticus and Laudes Foundation.
We are a global organization, built on the premise of strong collaboration and striving for professional excellence together. The work we do makes a real difference, so we dedicate the best of our skills and knowledge to it, striving to make a positive contribution every day.
Job Description
We are looking for a IT Systems & Support Engineer (internally referred to as Service Engineer) who prefers a broad responsibility before a specialist one: from service calls to onsite support (L1 and L2) in 14 regions to Microsoft systems engineering, some cloud, and some basic networking… it’s all in your scope. You do this together with 2 other fellow engineers. You are communicative and pro-active and in, solving issues, you structurally prevent them from happening again. You provide IT service expertise and advice in implementation projects as well as execute small changes and configurations in cooperation with IT suppliers and key-users. To succeed in the role, you must be service-minded, taking end-users by the hand and providing on the job support and training. When we say Microsoft, we mean Azure cloud engineering, as well as the standard functional Microsoft tooling we apply such as Teams and Copilot chat.

Qualifications

  • A “HBO” degree, for example in Computer Science or Information Management, combined with at minimum 2 years of work experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • ITIL Incident, Problem, and Identity & Access Management.
  • 2+ years experience with configuring and supporting Microsoft standard tools, incl. Azure.
  • Experience with training and knowledge management.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Dev Ops and with UX designing.
  • AI experience is a plus.

Key competencies are:

  • Customer orientation; Investigating customer wishes and needs and acting accordingly; anticipating customer needs; giving high priority to service and customer satisfaction.
  • Problem analysis; Identifying problems; recognizing significant information; making connections between data; tracing possible causes of problems; investigating relevant data.
  • Quality orientation; Setting high standards regarding the quality of products and services and acting accordingly.
  • Oral communication; Conveying ideas and opinions clearly to others, making use of unambiguous language, gestures and non-verbal communication; adapting language and terminology appropriately.
  • Initiative; Recognizing opportunities and acting on them; self-starting rather than waiting passively to see what happens.

Additional Information
By joining our team you will become part of this remarkable journey. You will work in a fun and highly dynamic environment and have the opportunity to collaborate with, and learn from expert colleagues.
