Description

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Experience preferred but not all necessary.

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school (or related degree/equivalent combination of education and experience) preferred.
  • 2+ years of IT work experience preferred.
  • Professional IT certifications preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with setting up, maintaining and troubleshooting computers, printers, software, and mobile devices.
  • Basic networking troubleshooting: ISP/LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Windows Active Directory: administration and maintenance of end user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Experience with Help Desk ticketing and monitoring software.
  • Experience using Microsoft Windows client platforms: Windows Server, SharePoint.
  • Email troubleshooting in Microsoft 365 environment.

  • Provide technical assistance to Centaris’ clients.

  • Performs hardware repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
  • Provides basic technical support at the network and/or Voice/VoIP level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
