As a lead systems test engineer, you’ll ensure product quality by testing and validating the functionality, capability and performance of our technology. Using common testing methods, you’ll develop and define test strategy and plans for large scale, complex efforts while collaborating with project stakeholders to address risks. Additionally, you’ll provide guidance for testing systems and components while also constructing and maintaining analysis tools, test harnesses and data generators. You’ll work with the CL MPQ team to ensure that the automation testing for CL MPQ meets the needs of the risks identified and is able to be easily used by multiple groups across BOP, DC and MPQ. You’ll also help develop junior STE’s on the team.

Must-have qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering) and a minimum of six years of work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs or applications. Experience must include planning, analyzing and executing testing of multiple applications with significant size, scope and complexity (e.g., Sales, Servicing, Billing Applications).
  • In lieu of degree, a minimum of eight years related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs or applications may be accepted. Experience must include planning, analyzing and executing testing of multiple applications with significant size, scope and complexity (e.g., Sales, Servicing, Billing Applications).

Preferred skills

  • Experience with object-oriented computer coding/programming languages and software development concepts (e.g., C#, Playwright)
  • Experience using common testing methods and tools (e.g., ALM), terminology and industry practices
  • Experience with Azure pipelines.

Compensation

  • $128,700 - $140,000/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 40% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
