About the role... We are currently seeking an experienced IT Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will work in a multinational environment as part of the HR & TA team, focusing on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technology talent. In this role, you will support our business units by identifying skilled IT professionals and contributing to the implementation and development of innovative talent acquisition strategies for large EU and international institutions, as well as private sector organizations. What you will do... Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for a variety of IT roles Build a Talent Pool of diverse IT profiles and ensure long-term engagement Identify the IT Talents that are required by using all available sourcing channels Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates Be responsible for a variety of job openings with strict deadlines Build and improve guidelines, processes, and procedures to strengthen the recruitment process Build, improve and monitor recruitment metrics Monitor talent market trends and recommend best practices in talent acquisition Be engaged in the onboarding process, which is linked to the values and culture of our Company; Contribute to the development of HR initiatives to boost our employees’ engagement. Technical Skills required... University/College degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or another relevant field; Master degree in HR will be considered as an asset; More than 3 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced multinational environment, preferably in an IT company; Proven track-record in sourcing and hiring candidates; Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
