To strengthen the capabilities of our nearshore (Morocco and Spain) and international delivery centres, we are looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist (M/F) – permanent contract, based in Valencia or Barcelona.Reporting to the Group Recruitment and Employer Branding Department, you will join our close-knit internal community of 25 Talent Acquisition Specialists, all passionate about the tech environment.You will take full ownership of recruiting senior IT profiles within your scope, managing the entire value chain—from defining the target profile with hiring managers through to welcoming the candidate on their first day.Your role? With your consultative approach, you will support managers in making final hiring decisions.
