Job Description We are looking for a freelance IT Talent Attraction & Recruiter to support our team in Spain & Poland As an experienced IT recruiter you will support our future growth by identifying high potential IT profile. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals. How would be your day to day? Write and post technical job descriptions Source potential candidates on niche platforms Sourcing candidates through direct and passive sourcing techniques Design and customize hiring stages based on each position’s requirements Craft job descriptions and interview question kits Ensure communication with candidates is prompt and professional at all stages (from the moment they apply until they are on board or turned down) Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions) Building a talent pool for frequently resourced roles, speaking with potential candidates and creating ongoing relationships Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work Follow the on boarding process with HR in Spain & Poland Qualifications Experience required: Must have IT & technical recruitment experience Good stakeholder management Experience screening and evaluating candidates through various methods (videocall interviewing, writing assessments etc) Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles Hands-on experience with ATS and resume databases Experience with several IT Roles ; developer, architect, DevOps, Agile, cloud and data's profiles. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. LinkedIn recruiting and Boolean search) English fluent speaker. Spanish is a plus Additional Information What do we offer you?
