Your opportunity Part time – 3 days a week onsite at Rooty Hill Village As a Tech Bar Consultant, you’ll be the go-to technology support person for residents and staff at Rooty Hill Village. You’ll provide technical support, promote digital literacy, and build confidence in the use of everyday technology. By delivering patient, person-centred tech support, you’ll enhance the wellbeing and independence of those we serve. With integrity and patience, you will: Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues for residents and staff. Deliver one-on-one and group training sessions to build digital confidence. Configure, maintain, and track IT equipment and assets across the village. Assist with vendor relations and escalate complex IT issues when required. Promote digital inclusion by hosting forums and technology demonstrations. Serve as the initial point of contact and manage triage for issues related to the village’s digital displays and resident app What you’ll bring You are a patient communicator who can translate technology into simple, practical steps for residents and staff. You thrive on solving problems and helping others feel confident in the digital space. You will also need: A Diploma or Degree in IT (or equivalent experience). 4+ years’ experience in IT service support roles. Hands-on knowledge of networks (DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, VLAN). Experience supporting end-user devices (Windows, Apple, Android). Strong MS Office skills and general enterprise system knowledge Ideally, you will also have: Experience delivering training to non-technical users. Audio/Video conferencing support knowledge. Strong organisational and time management skills. Valid current driver's licence Why Anglicare?
