Description
Onsite Bilingual IT technician to support both our office staff and retail store team. You'll provide hands-on technical support, manage IT equipment, and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, network, SAP, and point-of-sale (POS) systems. Fluent in KOREAN and ENGLISH Mandatory Responsibilities • Support office and retail staff with day-to-day IT issues • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and POS terminals • Set up and configure new equipment (PCs, monitors, scanners, registers, etc.) • Install and maintain software, OS updates, and security patches • Handle SAP user issues (e.g., access, printing, basic errors) • Troubleshoot POS devices, receipt printers, scanners, and payment terminals • Ensure network connectivity (wired and wireless) is stable and functional • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and documentation • Support new hire onboarding and terminations (hardware, accounts, access) • Manage tickets through the helpdesk system and escalate when needed • Work with vendors for equipment repair or service coordination Requirements • Bilingual Korean/English • 2+ years in IT support, preferably in mixed office/retail environments • BS or BA degree in computer science, or a related field is desired. • Hands-on experience with SAP and POS troubleshooting (Not a requirement) • Proficient with Windows OS, MacOS, Apple iOS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking • Familiar with remote support tools, imaging software, and ticketing systems • Able to lift/move equipment (up to 50 lbs) • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to troubleshoot problems, eliminate variables, and get to root cause of issues. • Available for onsite work at both office and retail location • CompTIA A+, Network+, or other certifications are a plus Work TimingRegular Hours Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Work Timezone Global Timezone (GMT -0700) Pacific Time - Los Angeles (PST) Reporting Location Studio 1886 515 Shatto Place Los Angeles Hours per week 40 Duration 12 month(s)
