Description
Title: IT Tech Support Analyst Location: Pune An S&OP Process Analyst will drive the monthly Sales and Operations Planning cycle by analyzing data, maintaining demand/supply plans, and ensuring cross-functional alignment between sales, marketing, and supply chain. As an analyst you will have to monitor performance metrics, develop dashboards, and provide actionable insights to optimize inventory and service levels. Key Responsibilities Process Execution: Support the end-to-end S&OP cycle, including preparing pre-reads for demand, supply, and executive review meetings. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze historical sales, market trends, and inventory levels to identify risks, root causes of deviations, and forecast inaccuracies. System Maintenance: Utilize S&OP tools and ERP systems to manage SKU-channel forecasts and maintain data integrity. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Finance, Sales) to reconcile demand plans with business goals. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate reporting tasks (e.g., using Alteryx or UiPath) and enhance planning efficiency. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Any Bachelor’s degree Experience: 2+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or business analytics. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, modeling) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, O9). Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, cross-functional communication, and ability to work across multiple time zones. Performance Indicators (KPIs) Forecast Accuracy and Bias.
