Description:

At Redhead Equipment we do “Whatever It Takes” to meet the needs of our customers and have been doing so for over 75 years. We deliver the most dependable brands of agricultural, truck and construction equipment across 10 locations in Saskatchewan.
We have a new opportunity available for a Technical Analyst to join our Information Technology team at our Head Office located in Regina, Saskatchewan. Only applicants in Canada will be considered for this position.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • support/maintain/extend our network infrastructure
  • deploying and supporting various network firewalls, switches, wireless, and other infrastructure.
  • Windows Server / AD administration
  • M365 administration and support
  • act as Tier III support for the desktop/server/network environment
  • Some administration of end-user accounts
  • handling help desk requests, including documenting user inquiries and providing support to resolve end-user IT issues via phone, email, or in-person.
  • collaborate with other IT staff

The qualified candidate will possess the following qualities:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent combination of education & experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent organization, and communication skills
  • A commitment to superior customer service, enthusiasm for learning new skills and technologies
  • strong knowledge of and experience with network firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless access points
  • A strong Windows Server and Active Directory background.
  • Reliable, punctual, and accountable
  • Demonstrably strong background and aptitude with a wide variety of other technologies

The position is at our Regina Head Office, but it will also require occasional travel (including overnight as needed), to branch locations to support various networking projects, network maintenance, or network troubleshooting
