Client Management & Lifecycle (HW/OS), support of all platforms (Windows, Linux, MacOS etc.)
Further developing the product in cooperation with customers, management and the product team.
Managing the product backlog, including moderating user story workshops.
Monitoring and regularly optimizing SLAs and product KPIs
Developing sourcing strategies (make-or-buy)
Leadership responsibility:
Technical leadership of the 15-person product team: You set priorities and technical direction and promote the team's professional development. Disciplinary leadership lies with the People Lead, with whom you maintain close communication.
Planning, controlling and monitoring the product budget (€10 million)
