We are looking for an experienced IT Technical Lead to join our team and play a key role in delivering innovative solutions for data, transactions and planning across the entire supply chain. Empower the team by implementing tools and technologies with existing systems and devices, ensuring seamless integration to support a large user base (1,000+ users) across multiple systems Make a difference as IT Technical Lead-ERP As the lead for technology adoption, you will represent the ERP team as a senior and early adopter, taking ownership of implementing new solutions. Furthermore, you: Prioritize and give guidance to colleagues and suppliers regarding technology and major changes within the ERP landscape Lead our IT specialists to embrace and leverage technical capabilities in data processing by using (low) code, integration, automation and AI to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and drive overall efficiency. Actively participate in technical design, coding, and problem-solving, while guiding and mentoring our experts to deliver high-quality results Collaborate with global key stakeholders, including IT teams, department heads, and executive sponsors, to translate requirements into effective technical solutions. The ERP team manages and governs core ERP and planning systems across domains such as Seed Operations and Marketing & Sales. The team ensures system stability and user enablement by incident management, change requests, training, and leading the integration of new functionalities, tools, and technologies. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across IT and the business to manage change effectively while maintaining daily operations. What you bring as a future colleague You have a Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. You have minimum 5 years of experience. You are passionate about enabling business needs by technology. Experience with ERP, End-to-end planning tools, B2B operations and Agriculture is preferred. You have a strong understanding of data processing by using (low) code, integration, automation and AI. (Enza Zaden primarily relies on Microsoft technologies for tooling and has a Cloud first strategy). You are a proactive professional with excellent communication and analytical skills tailored to user needs. You excel in global cross-functional teamwork and align with stakeholders. Experience with working based on Scrum and Agile is a plus.
