Reporting to Head of IT the role of IT Technical & Operations Manager is responsible for the secure, stable and efficient undertaking of the bank’s technology operations. The responsibilities will include the workplace platform, core systems, cyber security trolling and the controlled adoption of approved AI-enabled technologies.
