Description

We are looking for someone to join our IT department as an experience Technical Project Manager. If you are ready to lead process changes and IT projects this could be the position for you.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience managing technical projects in mid-to-large organizations; experience in the construction or civil industry is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across technical disciplines.
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience interfacing with executives, vendors, and end users.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools; experience with Azure, Workday, and enterprise project management platforms is a plus.
  • Project management certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar) are preferred.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Occasional travel to support projects at field or regional office locations.
  • Ability to manage projects with distributed teams and stakeholders across the company’s geographic footprint.
