Hiring: IT Technical Recruiter

Location: Dubai
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED 3,000 – 5,000 per month
We are looking for an experienced IT Technical Recruiter to join our team in Dubai. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT roles, sourcing and closing top technical talent, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding)
*Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and ensure smooth hiring
*Source IT talent via portals, LinkedIn, networking & referrals
*Assess candidates for technical and cultural fit
Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field
*2-3 years of IT recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
*Knowledge of IT domains (Cloud, Infra, Cybersecurity, ERP, DevOps, etc.)
*UAE/GCC recruitment experience preferred
*Skilled in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, GitHub, etc.)
*Excellent communication & negotiation skills
*Familiarity with ATS/CRMs
*Female candidates with own visa preferred
