We are looking for a proactive and multi-skilled IT & Technical Services Assistant to support our day-to-day technical operations. This role involves working with a variety of devices such as laptops, desktops, hard drives, mobile phones, basic networking equipment, and general technical maintenance tasks.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on learner with a technical mindset and strong attention to detail.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems
• Comfortable working with tools and electronic components
• Familiar with mobile phones, internet connections, and common software
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently
• Willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment
• High school diploma or equivalent

  Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

• Assemble, test, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and hard drives
• Assist in mobile phone setup, configuration, and minor repairs
• Support basic networking tasks (router installation, internet troubleshooting)
• Perform system installations and software setup
• Provide general technical support to internal staff or customers
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in an organized manner
• Assist in light equipment painting or device casing refurbishment (if applicable)
• Follow company safety and quality standards
