We are looking for a hands-on IT Technical Specialist with broad experience in hardware, systems, and basic software support. The role involves installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining IT equipment and providing fast technical support to users. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers, laptops, desktops Maintain and support CCTV systems, cameras, punch-in/biometric systems Install, update, and configure software, drivers, and operating systems Diagnose and fix hardware and software issues Unlock/reset passwords on locked computers (authorized cases only) Proven experience in general IT technical support Strong knowledge of hardware, peripherals, and operating systems (Windows) Experience with CCTV and access/punch-in systems Competitive salary Official UAE employment status; Comprehensive medical insurance coverage; Note: If your resume aligns with our requirements, our recruitment team will reach out to you for an initial interview.
