1. TECHNICAL SUPPORT & HELPDESK

• Provide first-level IT support and troubleshooting
• Handle user queries via ticketing system
• Document issues and maintain knowledge base
• Perform basic system checks and monitoring
• Escalate complex cases to relevant teams

REQUIREMENTS

• Fresh graduates (Diploma/Degree) welcome
• Technical: IT troubleshooting, basic networking, MS Office; data analytics a plus
• Administrative: Detail-oriented, strong documentation, project tracking, basic financial literacy
• Soft Skills: Communication, customer service, multitasking, problem-solving, teamwork
