Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The IT Technical Support role involves providing day-to-day technical assistance to the management team, resolving IT issues, and ensuring systems and devices are secure, reliable, and efficient. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, technical knowledge across multiple platforms, and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide first-line IT support to management staff, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
  • Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access to systems and applications.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to prevent downtime and ensure security compliance.
  • Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers when necessary.
  • Assist in training staff on IT tools, systems, and best practices.
  • Document IT processes, issues, and resolutions for reporting and knowledge sharing.
