THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE A SELF-STARTER WITH EXCEPTIONAL PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS, INCLUDING:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma of Information Technology or equivalent
  • 1-2 years’ experience as an EUC/Deskside Support Engineer or similar IT Support.
  • Exposure to configuration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Office Suite and utilisation of IT Support and remote assistant tools such as TeamViewer & Teams.
  • Exposure to PC hardware replacement and repair, enterprise workstation deployment and configuration, troubleshooting client network connectivity issues, monitoring tools and configuration of networked printers.


    • Technologies used to achieve the above requirement:



      • Networking – SolarWinds, Cisco Meraki, Zscaler

      • Microsoft – MS Endpoint Manager, MS Entra, MS Teams Admin, MS SCCM
      • Excellent customer service and communication skills
      • Previous experience in onsite support and Site Setup. Exposure to the setup of site office networks as well as decommissioning of hardware, including the racking and stacking of IT hardware.
      • Experience in working in an ITIL framework environment – experience in ServiceNow and Asset Management
      • Previous experience with Teams Meeting Room equipment and understanding of level 1 troubleshooting with Meeting Rooms
      • Collaboration with other IT teams in a global environment liaising with other levels of support such as IT Service Desk to Level 3 Infrastructure Engineers
