EDUCATION:

Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Strong IT troubleshooting capabilities
Knowledge of basic networking concepts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with data analytics is a plus
