Leveraging your expertise in troubleshooting, systems maintenance, and user support, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the company’s digital infrastructure runs smoothly, efficiently, and securely. 💼 Key Responsibilities: Technical Support, Systems Maintenance & IT Asset Management Respond to user requests for technical assistance (in person, by phone, email, or ticketing system). Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues promptly. Manage IT assets, ensuring proper documentation, barcoding, and inventory control. Prepare and deliver IT assets for new hires, ensuring asset ownership forms are signed. Maintain valid backups for machines connected to production lines. Coordinate IT consumables procurement, ensuring the best quality and pricing. Escalate recurring or critical issues and report them to the IT Manager. Support in annual budgeting and IT stock availability checks. Stay up-to-date with system updates, configurations, and technology changes. ✅ Essential Skills & Qualifications: IT Systems & User Support Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 1–4 years of proven experience as a Service Desk or IT Support Engineer. Proficient in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Excellent communication and customer service orientation. Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn and optimize IT processes.
