Description
This individual works with the IT Teams and end users to provide administration and support for all property operation’s hardware and software.Essential Functions Responsible for timely and complete communications between corporate IT team and all property IT staff. Maintains and supports all property-wide user-based computer applications, upgrades, and security. This includes, but is not limited to, gaming, point of sale, etc.  Ensures computing systems are operating in compliance with the regulatory environments. Captures, deploys standardized workstation configurations and maintains PC s to current configuration levels. Provides support to users in system and software administration and usage. Communicate and coordinates maintenance schedule, backups, and downtime to users. Creates and maintains technical documentation Additional duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities None   Education and/or Experience Must be able to effectively communicate in English both orally and written Must possess 1-3 years in Information Technology. Experience understanding of gaming system software applications. Aristocrat Oasis gaming application experience a plus. Experience in general Windows & SQL Server functionality, operations and security. Experience understanding of the major business processes within Gaming. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Licenses/Certificates Must be at least 21 years of age Must be able to obtain gaming license(s) in jurisdictions where required. Skills Required: Manage multiple requests and prioritize appropriately Attention to details and prompt follow up Support a 24/7 365 information systems environment Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
