ICT TECHNICIAN

JOB DESCRIPTION:
37.5 hours per week – 52 weeks
Post: IT Technician
Responsible to: Senior Management
Location: Bradford area
The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with our 1st & 3rd line technicians. Strong communication and troubleshooting skills are a must. We require a minimum of 2 years hands on experience in a 1st line customer facing role. Any 2nd line experience would be advantageous. A valid Driver’s licence is required due to our network spanning multiple sites. As part of your role, you will be required to travel between customer sites supporting with their IT needs.

QUALIFICATIONS OR TRAINING:
5 GCSE’s, including Mathematics and English at grade C or above
