JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive IT Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a solid understanding of various operating systems and networking concepts.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in providing IT support with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Strong knowledge of computer management principles and troubleshooting techniques for both hardware and software.
  • Familiarity with computer networking concepts including LAN, VPNs, firewalls, and network security protocols.
  • Proficiency in using help desk software such as BMC Remedy or ServiceNow; experience with Jira is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with users at all levels of technical proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
