Airobotics is seeking a hands-on, motivated PC Technician with strong troubleshooting abilities and a minimum of 3 years of experience. This role involves supporting our internal IT systems, maintaining workstations, imaging servers, and performing physical tasks as part of day-to-day operations. We are looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and eager to contribute to a high-tech environment. Responsibilities Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and internal IT systems. Install, diagnose, and repair hardware components and software issues. Perform imaging of servers and machines, including deployment and configuration. basic understanding of TCP/IP concepts. Maintain accurate inventory and documentation of IT assets. Support onboarding/offboarding processes, including system setup and user configuration. Perform physical tasks such as moving equipment, installing hardware, and workstation setup. Requirements 3+ years of experience as a PC Technician, IT Support Technician, or similar role. Solid understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows-based; Linux and MacOS as plus) Good knowledge of TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting connectivity issues. MacOS as plus. Good knowledge in Networking field L2/L3. Experience in configuring routers and switches Forti and CISCO, include vlans/vpns. Hands-on experience with imaging servers and machines (Clonezilla, or similar). Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Highly motivated, hardworking, and capable of handling physical work when required. Strong communication skills and customer-service mindset.
